Available Courses

  • This course is designed to provide snowmobile safety practices in an interactive format. Participants will have the opportunity to win prizes and receive discounts on safety equipment for completing assingments and demonstrating comprehension of the material presented through documented knowledge and practices.

  • The Community Emergency Response Team training program was developed under a grant from (FEMA)  Federal Emergency Management Agency and Homeland Security.  This is a 20-30 hour program that teaches individuals how to respond in times of disaster or emergency.

In November our primary focus will shift from Emergency Prepardness to Avalanche Awareness. We will still emphasis the importance of being prepared for any emergency or disaster. But we will shift our primary focus to hands-on experiences and practice activities with Dean Cummings in the snow.

As part of the National Emergency Preparedenss Month efforts, NAOI has teamed up with multiple agencies and organizations to host Safe and Sound Prepardeness Fairs.

We are adding more professional instructors and guest speakers every day. If you would like to join us, please sign up on our website at www.naoiak.org

This 10 city 6-state tour will feature Dean Cummings and the Be Snow Smart show. All participants will recieve special gifts and discounts for attending.
